Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Baihua Avenue , Guiyang , Guizhou province,
adjacent to Guihuang highway. Several bus routes pass by the company.
With convenient traffic condition, transportation of raw materials and
products is facilitated and prompt. The company specializes in manufacturing
of auto rubber parts, such as brake cylinder rubber leather cup, “O”
shape ring, dustproof cover, rubber cover, cushion, engine middle cushion,
rubber membrane(leather) for engine brake air chamber, rubber member
for vacuum aid apparatus and oil seal for diverse domestic and imported
auto. It's a designated supplier of Changchun FAW Automobile Co., Ltd.
Thanks to superior quality, high reputation and well sales, our products
are sold well across China and exported to US, Japan , Southeast Asia
. Our “leather cup and membrane ” were conferred “top brand products
of Guizhou province” by the people's government of Guizhou province in
2005.
The company is equipped with two workshop building with multiple stores,
mould processing workshop and one advanced phosphorization production line
to handle framework treatment with superior treatment and daily capacity of
three tons. Pollution discharge reached national environment protection standard.
The company occupies 30000 sq.m. and employs 450 competent staffs, including
10 staffs with senior or intermediate job titles(containing technicians), five
technicians. The company is equipped with 120 facilities and 40 key equipment.
Our office building with seven stores was established in 2004, consisting
dinning room, dormitory, rest house, meeting room and offices. The company
is connected with outside world via LAN, publicized computer office, efficient
handling, leading communication facilities, telephone and facsimile apparatus.
By means of profound technical strength, complete inspection approaches,
superior facilities, improving formulas, exquisite technologies, the company
is enabled to design and manufacture diverse rubber moulds and industrial installations
featuring short production period, high precision size and excellent seal performance.
So our products enjoy high reputation among users, particularly, “rubber membrane
(leather) for engine brake air chamber” not only save manpower & resources
and reduce cost, but enhance product quality. Proved by national rubber seal
products inspection center, our product has no leakage in continuous one million
running (fatigue test) (0.25 million non-leakage in national standard), and
it's four times higher than national standard. This quality also takes the
lead at home. Additionally, our products passed all tests in semiannual spot
test implemented by provincial rubber industry testing station and production
license inspection once every five years implemented by national rubber seal
products inspection center.
We have complete organization organs consisting
of nine functional departments. The company complies with normative and uniform
technical standard gauge in line with GB and HG standard. Production should
have rigorous operation regulation, guideline and quality control criterion.
The company has stipulated responsibilities & authorities of every department
and drafts position criterion & inspection items. Our control procedures
and regulations covers the whole process ranging from raw materials purchasing
to ex-factory products as well as after-sale services to ensure product
quality and users' satisfaction. In order to better satisfy users, the
company has established two branch plants in Qingzhen and Daao respectively.
It's estimated that these two plants will be put into services in June
and our output will be hiked with times production values, tax and profits.
